AKK leaders visit flood-affected areas: We need an emergency fund from the government.

AKK Chairman Agim Aliu, Deputy Chairman Imri Ahmeti, member Bali Muharremaj and executive director Saban Ibrahimi have visited the Sqaheraj municipality, where they were hosted by Chairman Fadil Nura.
This visit was made to take a close look at the situation after floods from the reforms and to solidify with citizens of areas affected by this natural disaster. The AKK Board's delegation in this case also voiced solidification with all areas affected by the floods in the Skenderaj municipality of Istog, Mitrovica, Cline, Podujevo and other areas that were affected by the rain resurface”, the AKK report said.
The Kosovo Community Association Board has demanded that the Government enable municipalities an Emergency Fund, as flows are not the only problem, since it told them that “throughout the year municipalities face other natural disasters”.
The Board therefore requires that the Emergency Fund manage the municipalities to come to the aid of their citizens. Other possibilities of co-operation between the municipalities have been discussed at this meeting, even in cases of natural disasters”, the announcement said.
