Governments go and come, state administration must remain!
Today's announcement of the Constitutional Court for the Parliament that the Law for Public Officials cannot be decreed, can not be enacted, nor can it produce judicial effects until the final verdict is very encouraging news.
This is a logical and democratic epilogue against the approach of this establishment, which through the logic of numbers and dominance, is aimed at breaking the backs of public administration and destroying professional careers in the state. If we were part of the Council of Europe, this government would be European leaders in violations of constitutionality, order and law, as well as human rights!
I have said in the country many times that there can be no reform of the state administration by violating our country's constitution, severely and ruthlessly violating human rights, violating any principles of IGMA and the European Union and violating Kosovo's own SAA with the EU. Governments go and come, state administration must remain. Public officials' law unfortunately clearly violates all of this!
