The Academy butterfly, part of Bambus Group, has offered free courses to about 800 young people from this municipality in the IT sector, understanding and development of artificial intelligence as well as foreign languages.
This project, ran by Rina Shabani, a young woman from Drenas, we talked to together to learn more about the flight.
From this success story and conversation with Rina, we found that among 800 students, dozens of them are already employed in the sectors where they are trained by this academy.
“About 28 musers of the Drenas municipality, mainly 15-18 years old, with the completion of their graphic design or programming training has started their professional journey to the butterfly sistership companies. ”
Edmond is one of them, with whom we had a short but pleasant conversation, writes Periscope.
I've been in the butterfly Academy for eight months, and I've gained a lot of knowledge about programming, as well as the knowledge about computer programming and practical work... which is part of Bambuz. ”
What really impressed us is the idea of creating a group of women's programming skills, thus permanently violating the stereotype that only boys are for the job.
We've created a group within the Academy which is butterflies on the system, butterflies in technical directions, this group is made up of only girls, there's actually 50, the idea is that they're going to access schools for the biggest girls' involvement in these activities. The idea of operation of the butterfly is to somehow connect the part of professional development with the job market and the idea and adapting the curriculum is the soy Mandu, for young people to prepare for the labour market but also to view the butterfly as an environment where they come for different extracurrial activities that the butterfly hosts. ”
On the day we visited the flight, we found that this not too large but with adequate surroundings to be filled with youth activities.
In one of our courses, we heard how the artificial intelligence course took place at this academy.
