Tolin Fufii, 50-year-old has fallen into the chains of Shkodra police, as convicted by Italy of drug trafficking.
He is sentenced to nine years and four months in prison by the Milan Court for Criminal Work “Access to narcotics law”, provided by the Italian Criminal Code.
Police report they are working with relevant authorities to extradite the 50-year-old to Italy.
“Experts in the Department for Investigation of Traffic and Narcotics deliberately made the ban on extradition to Italy of citizens Tolin Fufi, 50, residents of Shkodra. The Milan Court, Italy, has sentenced this citizen to nine years and four months in prison for criminal work “Access to narcotics law”, provided by the Italian Criminal Code. Interpol Tirana in co-operation with the law enforcement authorities is conducting actions for the extradition of this citizen to Italy”, the KP report said. /A2/
