This is Visart Ceng, the 31-year-old man who was killed with firearms in the early hours of today's morning outside a bar in Prizren.

It is learned that the young man lived in France as he returned to his homeland to celebrate the new year.

The owner of the murder is suspected to be the owner of the Dibran Hoxhaj locale, otherwise known as Kourbra.

Everything is thought to have happened after the physical conflict between Hoxhaj and the three young men from Kukes.
