25 years in prison against two indictees in the “Bon Vivant”

The Court of Gerdovci has also pronounced additional punishment for the seizure of a weapon suspected of being used for the completion of the work, reports “Justice Bettim”
For the criminal crime of murder and heavy in co-ordination, accused Sheriff Krasniqi, the court has pronounced him a seven-year prison sentence in which he will be counted even the time spent in custody.
The indictment was announced Friday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina by the chairman of the court, Avni Syla.
In the final address, on January 10th, in retrial against indictees Masar Gerdovci and Sheriff Krasniqi, the prosecution had sought their sentence, while defence released two indictees. The two accused had chosen to defend themselves quietly, reports the “Justice Vow”.
