21 years in prison for rahovecas who killed his brother in the yard because of some livestock

The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has sentenced the defendant, Januz Gashi, to 21 years and six months in prison after the same one on June 12th in 2021, had deprived his brother of life.

As the Court lets it know, all the heavy events took place after a cattle fight.

The defendant J.G.'s “on June 12th 2021, at 21:25, in the village of Sopnick of Rahovec, accused J.G., in his backyard, following a dispute over some of his livestock has deprived his H.G., 65-year-old brother of life and put the lives of injured A.G. and A. So that the victim along with his two sons goes to the yard of the accused to send the livestock and there after a moment's trial, accused J.G., pulls out a pistol from the right pocket of pants and that of the guy “Zoraki”, and shoots several times in the direction of the deceased now, who on the run was shot up by two shots, causing the deadly wound”, says the report.

So Januz Gashi is charged with criminal acts “grave murder” and “withholding unauthorized possession of weapons”.

Against this bias, the parties have the right to complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written-shaped bias.
