21-year-old Kosovar is proclaimed Germany's best baker

Recently, several days ago a 21-year-old from Kosovo was declared the baker and seller of the year in a national race in Germany.

It's about Bironia Sejdiu, who managed to receive this award just a few months after completing his training as a food market specialist, in particular in roasting.

Sejdiu was tasked with making a luxurious morning, including selling, declaring components, quantity, decorating, etc.

She claimed the competition was strong enough.

After the contest in Olpe I was invited to attend Weinheim. I had nothing to lose, even if I participated it would be a good memory. I came in with a van with components, but I wasn't allowed to use any of them. But I also exceeded this difficulties”, she said.

The 21-year-old was also wished for success by the mayor of Marsberg, Thomas Schroeder, saying she felt as if she had become champion in Bundesliga.
