1400 hectares of flooded land in Shkodra

The Mountain's Anna Administrative Unit alone has flooded 1,300 lands. There's a water presence on Obot's road at 75 inches. Two high-caility vehicles are operating there, along with seven army forces.

100 hectares of agricultural land have been flooded in the Administrative Dajc unit. At a place called the Shirley Bridges, there is a water presence on the street at 10cm.
