What does the DA's file say about this case?
Signal sources from the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that Jashar, who lives in Gjilan and is owner of a bar, allegedly committed criminal work “access or obligation to prostitution” from May to September at the “Dania” motel in Gjilan.
The detention request says the suspect Jashar, with the aim of his material advantage, deals with illegal activities of access or forced into prostitution, with the same cases enabling suspect Nadiana Goodinci to provide paid sex services in many of 60.
Suspect Jashar, according to signal information, has a criminal record, a historical one that has been taken base by the prosecution as a rationale that should be sent to custody, because it may affect Goodinci and other witnesses, thus preventing the normal course in this criminal case.
The prosecution's request has been approved by the Court, with the case of a preliminary trial judge, has assigned Yashhar the detention measure during a month's length.
