Wessel's Thaci expected to submit alibi announcement to Special Court

This was made known to the two KLA leaders at today's Hague session.

Thaci's lawyer, Gregory Keohe, cited the fact that the former president at a certain time was in Rambouillet, or on a continuous journey, and there could be events that took place within that time, when he was not even physically in Kosovo.

Meanwhile, Wessel's lawyer, Andree Strong, said they have identified two areas where there may be an alibi notice.

“We have identified two areas where the announcement for alibi” may be necessary, he said.

However, Strong said this would be determined after the editorials are removed from the prosecution.
