Kelmendi has criticised the approach of Romanian Minister Murati to unions, saying such an attitude is wrong, provocative and harsh.

In his letter sent to the email of the “Gaset Express”, Kelemendi had and ordered the head of the government, saying that from the union experience he knows the way forward is not ego, arrogance, conditioning, labels, and much less threats to stopping wages.

Shaban Kelmendi has reminded Prime Minister Kurti of even the <x0 ... the white breva” as the syndical terminology, saying that sʹdo would want one to include other sectors and much less education.

Many respected Prime Minister Kurti, I am Shaban Kelmendi, head of LVV centre in Fushe Kosovo in 2010, and hardworking activists until 2016, where because of my 42-year-old son's death for objective reasons, I had to return to my family obligations, of course not to abandon LVV.

The motive for writing this letter is the situation with the strike and the approach to it, and in particular the meeting with BSPK structures of the date 13.09.22, where there was no approach to attitudes. There was even an attempt at the media conference to justify government dictatorships.

In this case Mr. Finance Minister. Iron Murati, threatening to stop wages against strikers, despite professional skills, testified that there is neither sense nor capacity to deal with such problems.

Mr. Murati has never had a chance to hear the popular saying:

The fire fire won't go off”, so it goes on with this wrong, harsher and more provocative process of unions.

The courage to publicly protect the rights of workers and nationals in the most difficult times of socialism from 1974-1988 has convinced KEK's union membership publicly so that I can be elected as the first chairman of the Independent CoEC Unions with 12.08.1990 and shortly in the position of BSPK's second vice president by the end of 1994.

As former BSPK deputy chairman and now LVV member, Mr. Prime Minister, I'm considering some major problems in thick lines like these:

1. The added international pressure for the busy agenda in relation to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which undoubtedly requires much effort and sacrifice.

2. The general consequences of the Pandemia 19 and in particular the consequences of education, where students have mostly suffered.

3. All the effects of especially the economic ones from the war in Ukraine, which have made the survival of many families in Kosovo even more difficult.

4. Throughout the democratic world, but even wider where the reason, education and education of new generations prevails is the first priority of any society.

So Z. Prime Minister from the union experience that I have and the desire to get out of this unpleasant situation, take what you want to terms, terms, advice or even suggestion. The way out of this situation is not the ego, the arrogance, the arrogance, the provision of representation, the labels, the less the threats on the pay stop.

Wisdom, patience, sincerity and understanding of the stable arguments of the parties in the dialogue are the only way out of this situation, which means the strength of arguments rather than the argument of force.

In union terms, the term “G REVA FED “This type of wasp is present today in Kosovo's PROCURORI and JYKETA, when hundreds or even thousands of materials are annually signed. I would not like this kind of strike in other sectors, much less in education.

In the health dictionary is a saying: ” It's better to prevent than heal”. Current reports with trade unions are the result of no preventive actions by the respective ministries.

Mr. Prime Minister, based on what was said above, can not be called blackmail or shopping on the part of unions, much less government weaknesses required a middle way out of this situation, where the biggest beneficiaries will be our students for whom the sacrifice of egos is worth, whether it be a minister or even our prime minister.
