Through a reaction to social networks, Blinken says that the United States will not tolerate cyber attacks aimed at the interests of allied countries, referring to our country in this case.
We are identifying Iran's Intelligence and Security Ministry and its minister for involvement in active cyber activities against The United States and our allies. We will not tolerate cyber attacks aimed at the interests, infrastructure or services of the US or our allies”, Blicken writes on Twitter.
The multinational company Microsoft has made public an investigation confirming Iran stands behind the cyber attack against the Albanian government.
Immediately after the cyber attack against the Albanian government in mid-July, Microsoft's Intelligence and Response Team (DART) was committed by the Albanian government to lead an investigation into attacks already confirmed by Iran's state.
While Prime Minister Edi Rama demanded that the diplomatic staff of Iran's Islamic Republic Embassy leave Albania within 24 hours.
