Tirana prosecutor dismissed

The Independent Qualification Commission found problems in two criteria, wealth and professionalism.

Brecani has declared that it owns a residential house with a surface of 145 m2 on a 460 m2 and a slope of about 300 m2. He has explained that he bought the land along with the two brothers in 1995, without legal documents and that he was legalized through a 1998 contract, against 368 thousand dollars.

Brecani started his career as a prosecutor in 1995 and exercised this duty until 2000. He returned to the justice system in 2013 as the prosecutor at the Kruja Prosecutor.
