A woman in Tirana has died under suspected circumstances of a tight window, while the husband has concealed the fact and informed family members of natural death, but has been discovered and now charged with suicide.
Ngiraka occurred yesterday in Fruticulture, Kamez, Tirana, where the resident is suspected of having self-dependent citizen Shahe Lika, 55.
The late husband's husband, citizens Shefqet Lika, did not mention the event in the police, but in the evening he announced the victims' family, who claimed that the citizen Shahe Lika suffered natural death and therefore had done nearly all the funeral procedures.
It seems that this is not believed by the victim's family and they have notified the authorities, reports noa.al.
Police services, initiated by allegations on the confession made on the date 05.09.22, by members of the citizen Shahe Lika, have continued the deepening investigative actions.
Investigations have been conducted under the Prosecution of Tirana's First Stairs Court to make it possible to clear the circumstances of the event.
From the verifications conducted, it has resulted that on the date 04.09.22, about 1500, in her apartment's premises, it is suspected that the citizen Shahe Lika was self-sufficient, while her husband, citizen Shefqet Lika, did not mention the event at the police, but has done nearly all the funeral procedures.
At the conclusion of investigative actions, crime investigation specialists at Police Commissioner No. 5 made an initiative ban on citizens:
Shefqet Lika, 56, suspected of criminal acts “Suicide causes” and “Actions that prevent truth detection”.
Materials were passed on to the Prosecutor for further procedure action.
