Under the International Visitor Leadership Program, today I am visiting Washington DC, U.S.A. This programme is the main professional exchange instrument of the State Department.

The programme is a special opportunity for dating meetings such as the State, Defence Department in Senate and Congress and visits to several states.

Programmes of such visits cultivate stable relations with the friendly United States state. Professional meetings in this programme combine the professional interests of participants and support US foreign policy goals.

In this case, I want to express my appreciation for the American Embassy and Government for the possibility that we have been offered through the program.
