Very Important Sports Bill Adopted

This bill defines the fundamental rules for organisation, management and operation of the AntiDoping Agency in the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the minister of sport, Anti-Doping law has three main goals: Empowering the integrity of the country's sports system, caring for sportsmen's health and ensuring justice in various sports contests.
Of the 67 deputies in attendance all voted in favour and none against. The bill was passed to the first reading, and after reviews on relevant commissions it will return to the assembly to pass into the second reading.
The Anti-Doping Agency will handle monitoring of banned doping substances in the Kosovo sport.
