This statement by SBASKU comes a day after the meeting that the head of this union held with Arsmus Minister Arberie Nagavci and Finance Minister Hekuran Murati.

According to SBASK, Nagavci and Murati conditioned that they saw no agreement to close the strike.

And welcome the cultured debates of all these prayers at the beginning of the meeting as if they taught the Nagavcin Mrat, which stood out without even a date and saw no agreement to close. This proved that they do not really want or know anything about union dialogue and actions. The strike takes place all over the world to promote the Government to create the dialogue offered acceptable solutions to the strikers' demands so the strike can be closed and in Kosovo government representatives wanted the opposite and for the purpose of the task. They insisted that the strike be closed, and then it becomes, like, Europeans, dialogue. This shows that they really don't want dialogue or resolution of the strikers' legitimate demands. They had not even invited the media to attend the meeting on AugustI, nor in the environments of the Government”, said the communiqué.

The communique says further that there will be meetings “in the style you unions remain silent and accept what we're saying we”.

The BSPK's legitimate representatives from now on, so the Grevist Council will go to meetings, but only when the government behaves as an equal side and conducts content debate and deals with strikers' demands. Style dating you unions shut up and accept what we're saying we won't have any more. The government is the only one guilty and until it continues with ignorance and dry speeches, the strike will continue because they have decided, not individuals, but strikers”, said the communique.

Full communication:

Government doesn't want resolution of demands, so strike continues

For months the Government has fled dialogue with trade unions and has not committed at all to resolving the legitimate demands of workers in the public sector. This wrong approach has led to an ongoing general strike since August 25th, and with this approach of the Government, it is not known how long it will last.

The BSPSC's and SBASK's Grevist Council wanted to believe that at last sincere dialogue with Government and the conditions for reaching an acceptable agreement would be established, but the AugustI meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Nagavci and Deputy Minister Pupovci and then meeting at the Social Economic Council, in which the representatives of BSPK were, some of the Odata and representatives of the Government with key representative Hekuran Muraty Navacci.

SBASK Chairman Nundman Jasharaj, union Federation of Civil Servants President Ali Gashi, but other BSPK representatives also repeatedly turned to representatives of the Government and other participants to debate peacefully and help meet the government with BSPK representatives, so with the Greek Council. However, the cultured debates of all these prayers at the beginning of the meeting sounded as if they were braved by the Nagavcin Mtrat, which provided them with no justice to see a meeting and saw no agreement to conclude strikes. This testified that they either do not want to or do not really know anything about the dialogue and union actions. They had not even invited the media to attend their meeting on AugustI or in government environments to be viewed by opinion.

From now on, the legitimate representatives of the BSPK -- that is, the Grevist Council will go to meetings, but only when the government behaves as an equal side and conducts content debate and deals with strikers' demands. Style dating you unions shut up and accept what we're saying we won't have any more. The government is the only one guilty and until it continues with ignorance and dry speeches, the strike will continue because they have decided, not individuals, but strikers.
