SBASK appears in detail: 99% of teachers rejected Kurti's proposal

USBSBK Major Council member Luljeta Bosnjak last night's meeting between them and Minister of Education Arberie Nagavci, as well as the meeting of the Social Economic Council, has been named as failures, as they have yet to accept any new offer by the Kosovo government. The Bosniak in an interview for Kosovo Prees first stopped [...]
The Bosniak in an interview for Kosovo Preress initially stopped at the meeting with Minister Nagavci, where he said there was no new offer but only referred to in the prime minister's package.
“The meeting that was with Minister Nagafci was a good sign that the ministry invited us to dialogue, but it was no dialogue, because there was no new invitation or any new offer, is only referred to in the prime minister's package. The meeting was unsuccessful”, she said.
Bosniak said the package, which has been presented by Prime Minister Kurti, has not been welcome for 99% of teachers. According to her, there were no results yesterday at the meeting with the Social Economic Council, so the strike will continue
“We have asked membership for the offer made by the prime minister, and we can say 99% did not accept such an offer. Our demand is simple, 100 euros until law enforcement begins... Since both meetings were without results, the strike continues the following days, so until the realisation of our” demands, Bosniak has ended.
It will remain in their demands and will not issue “pe”, should any other request be made by the government.
“We will stay behind our demands, because the demand for retirement and demand for health insurance, we are aware that takes longer time, but the demand that is for an additional 100 euros until the implementation of the law is the entire membership requirement”, Bosniak has added.
Meanwhile, BSPK's chairman, Atthe Hykoli, during yesterday's meeting with the Social Economic Council, has said he is expected during the weekend to have a meeting with the government and, according to him, has positive signals for reaching agreement with the government.
From August 25th, schools and nests in Kosovo are on strike. The Union's request to stop the strike is 100 euros until the adoption of the Law of Salaries.
