The first point, according to Rukiqi, is for BSPK to call the meeting of the three-party Social Economic Council: The employer, the worker and the government.
The second point, Rukiqi says it is negotiation and discussion of the conditions for the break-up strike at the Social Economic Council.
The third point, meanwhile, lists the need for local and international organisations to be part of the discussion.
The fourth point is “the negotiated agreement in the KES is submitted for approval to Government, and decisions are implemented in the fastest possible”.
While Rukiqi says the deal may look like this: an additional 50 euros by December, 100 euros by March, while then the salary bill goes into effect and “wage corrections on annual bases indexed according to the annual inflation rate”.
