At the last plenary session of last session, Albania's Assembly approved the 125-vote resolution against Dick Marty's report on organ trafficking by KLA leaders.
The 2010 report, drafted by then Swiss Senator Dick Marty, and adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, claims that organ trafficking has included leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army during the 1998-99 war.
