“Governance is in a trend of continued deterioration. For example, with the market of what happened to our economy, it should just stop at capital investments. Of the 704m euros earmarked for capital investments, there are only 79m realties. This shows what has happened to Kosovo. Over 600 million dollars are not an economic orgasm. The unannounced party in the economy is devalred due to price hikes. These 600 million devalves drop to 400 million if they don't get to work on time because of the increase in costs.
