Ladrovci said that the declaration of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers is contrary to the General Auditor Law, “due to the tendency to intervene in the work of a constitutional character institution not only hurts the principle of power sharing but directly violates the exercise of the audit office, given the Constitution and the laws at power”.

Today, the minister of finance was declared in connection with the BSPK-organised strike process, where he stressed that not sending salary lists to strike participants as the reason for non-executing salaries.
I, both the mayor and the principal financial official, carefully apply the laws and regulations in force every day as well as the obligations that arise from these laws. The Office of Staff before the 15th of each previous month sends all evental changes to the salary list, related to the creation or interruption of the work relationship for any official.
However, regarding sending the strikers' list, the Office of Staff cannot send changes without accepting the same from the subordinate sectors, because it is known that those responsible for sending the strikers' list are on strike themselves.
As for auditing, the municipality on an annual basis is audited by the National Audition Office and, as such, every audit is welcome.
The declaration of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers is contrary to the Law on the General Auditor, because through the tendency to intervene in the work of a constitutional character institution not only does the principle of power sharing but directly violates the exercise of the audience's office, given to the Constitution and laws in power.
On this basis, Law No. 05L-055 for the General Auditor and the National Auditing Office of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 4, (paragraph 1) respectively, points out: “The general audience is functionally, financially and operationally independent and is not subject to the command or influence by any institution or other person”.
The office of the audience cannot be ordered by anyone, nor can it become an instrument for fear!
