Rama said resolving the problem for the <x0 access/ex1> documents is a solution of “Open Balkans”.
“The solution is a solution of the “Balkan Open”. Yesterday I said there would be no need to spend all that time and energy (for an agreement), if Kosovo were in the “Open Balkans”, Rama said.
Albanian Prime Minister Vucinqi expressed gratitude.
“recognition Vuciki, who by materialising this solution, has signaled that the first choice is peace”.
