The head of the Albanian government added that Russia is promoting conflict in the Balkans and is risking fragile peace.
Rama explains that residents of the region are divided into those who oppose Putin and those who support him.
And he believes: “Russia would be pleased if something moved in the direction of the Balkan conflict”.
“80% of Orthodox Serbs think positively that Putin is simply showing the West the balls in Ukraine... if we can say so”, Rama says. /There/
