The prosecution changes the indictment against Thaci and others, has no evidence of crimes in Ferizaj

Special Court Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge Nicolas Guillou has approved The Hague Special Prosecutor's request for the adoption of the confirmed indictment against Hashim Thaci and others. The Special Prosecutor has demanded that criminal claims in the town of Ferizaj be dropped from the indictment. <x)
The Special Prosecutor has demanded that criminal claims in the town of Ferizaj be dropped from the indictment.
“Special Procurory requires permission to change the confirmed indictment, to drop claims of crimes committed against at least one victim between [reading] 1999 in a house or around Ferizaj. The Hague Special Prosecutor explains that she has decided not to rely on [readed] evidence and that she considers there is now insufficient evidence to verify Ferizaj's” claims, the document published on the page of Specialised Chambers said.
The Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge has approved The Hague Prosecutor's request and has ordered the same to withdraw alleged claims about a alleged crime at Ferizaj.
The confirmed and modified indictment will be established by Friday, September 30, 2022x1>, the decision said.
