The prosecution has confirmed other details offered through sources from Periscope, but not even its sexual abuse by six people, who are suspected of having relations with her overnight. The prosecution points out that it does not share more detailed information about the victim.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina announces the public opinion regarding the 11-year-old violation in Pristina, as we have kept you informed, as a result of the state prosecutor's development of full co-ordination investigation with other relevant institutions, were sent to the maintenance of five (5) suspected persons involved in this case, by them two major and three other minors, due to the criminal act <x0Dumi<1>, according to the KPR and the same, the State Prosecutor has demanded the measure of custody of the competent court, since the court has applied for prosecution.
The state prosecutor in full co-ordination with relevant institutions has taken all necessary measures to provide all services to damage, while investigations into this case are continuing, to the final epilogue of this criminal case.
Also, for the sake of accurate information, we announce that in June of this year, the minor was initially reported to the police station in Pristina as missing persons, by what case has the assistant prosecutor been notified by the Department of the City of This Prosecutor, who authorized police in the enterprise of all necessary investigative actions, and the same has been interviewed in the presence of social worker and victim defender, as well as then sent to the shelter.
Urgently, the caretaker prosecutor has taken concrete investigative actions, with the aim of fully clarifying the case in question. The same has issued a warrant for various examinations and assessments. Also, in the presence of psychologist, the Centre for Social Work and the defenders of minor victims has been questioned by the State Prosecutor and the same case are continuing investigations.
Both criminal cases are in separate investigation processes and belong to the Procedure to Mitur, so the restriction of information will be made in order to preserve the integrity of investigations and avoid any excessive publicity and information leading to the identification of minors, as they severely violate children's privacy rights and are contrary to the Constitution, the Laws and the International Convention on Child Protection.
Finally, we inform you that all procedures involving minors are confidential procedures and that the secrecy of information concerning the child victim or witnesses is protected by law, and any information that tends to identify the child as a witness or a victim is not published without the court's clear permission.
