Mustafa in an interview for Telegrafi stresses that the Kosovo government should focus on the manufacturer, as according to him, it is the sector that has an impact on the country's development.
“This is a huge concern for producers and an obstacle that directly affects unannounced power outagement, so here's the essence. If we have a warning, it's half the damage, but we haven't been able to find it with KEDs for reporting about the power cut. Especially in industrial areas where producers are, where separate lines are, even the Government should have a focus on production affecting the country's development, should be treated slightly differently”, Mustafa points out.
He adds that from these reductions, production losses are huge.
“Loss are huge, so we have increased imports. Now, even with the lack of electricity, we've got vacuum at work, so the very failure to resume the” job, he added.
Also, Mustafa says electricity cuts are causing software disorder, affecting the labour process.
Our developers are no longer just local, so they are regional and European, they possess the highest possible technology, they work with more sophisticated programs. If electricity is shut down, in the moment, without warning, there is certainly a software disorder, where producers will have an additional cost for their return”, Mustafa said.
In the end, it requires that there be at least a warning at the moment of halting the electricity.
Our demand as producer, so like the Producer Club, is to have at least a warning. We should not forget to thank the Government for having the cheapest electricity, which has made us competitive as a producer”, he concluded.
Murtesaj in this interview has also talked about the Kosovo Government's decision to temporarily ban essential products, demanding that it be cancelled, and the impact of inflation on the local economy.
