Pre-prisonment for ferzajas allegedly raped a minor under 16 for nearly 3 years

As the Court communiqué points out, there is good-based doubt that the defendant from March 2019 to July 2022 has consistently mishandled the sexually damaged, knowing the same is under the age of 16.

Mr.Z. allegedly, with the use of force and without its consent, committed sexual acts.

Jail against Mr. Z., suspected of criminal offense

Ferizaj, September 16, 2022 The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees, Mr.Z. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, due to suspicion that they have committed a criminal offence by Article 227 paragraphs 6 over paragraph 1 related to Article 77 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

After holding a hearing and analysis of the subject paperwork, the criminal prosecutor of the Randa Department's preliminary procedure has estimated that there is a well-founded suspicion, that the defendant in March 2019, and continuing until July 2022, at an indefinite time in Ferizaj, has sexually misappropriated the minor victim, knowing that the injured is under 16 years old, with the use of force and without its consent has committed sexual act.

The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants, has approved it as a conform basis for KPPRK provisions, and the same has been assigned the detention measure in length of (1) months.

This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
