Also, Kosovo's symbol on several car license plates is covered with sticky paper, writing KM.
On September 1st, the 61st deadline for reregistering cars with acronym plates of Kosovo cities, issued by Serbia as KM, PR, PZ and similar ones used by Serbian citizens in northern Kosovo.
This is the second time such messages appear in northern Mitrovica, as they first appeared on July 30th of this year. But, even this time, Kosovo Police have not made any announcements about these posters.
Meanwhile, during the month of August, X-rays appeared in northern Mitrovica, writing “The North Brigade. Don't worry, we're here, we're waiting”.

The Kosovo Government's June decisions -- for Serbian license plates and documents -- were rejected by local Serbs, who erected barricades in the north on 31 July and 1 August.
After the removal of barricades in the afternoon of August 1st, the government postponed implementation of decisions on September 1st. But, in the meantime, Kosovo and Serbia, with the mediation of the European Union and the United States, reached agreement on documents.
According to the document agreement, on September 1st the citizens of Kosovo and Serbia are entering each other's states, without having to be supplied with access/exit documents. / REL
