Pahor said Kosovo must implement the agreement signed in Brussels.
“Sic said earlier, Kosovo and Slovenia have the same perspective, but there are differences between me and Vjosa as to the implementation of the agreements reached. The agreement between Pristina and Belgrade was also the implementation of the Commission Association Agreement with the Serbian Majority. I think my colleague, Vjosa, I have told him that I expect, regardless of how I support legal law and the Constitutional Court, to find a solution to implement this agreement”, he said.
But, President Osmani has again voiced itself against implementing the Association Agreement, as it violates Kosovo's constitutional order.
The “List of agreements Serbia has implemented is over. Serbia in 2013 has signed the obligation to undo all illegal structures in Kosovo, not only has it not, but rather continues to empower them. As for the obligations Kosovo has made, Kosovo has implemented 99% of its obligations and there is one that has not implemented, the Association Agreement for a fundamental reason because that agreement conflicts with the Constitution of Kosovo”, Osmani said.
