“Subvention is made for anyone who saves and spends less energy than the same month last year. For example, if a family spent 1,000 kilowatts an hour last September, and for this month it spent 900 kw per hour, it is estimated that there was a 10 per cent reduction, for this percentage we will support the subsidisation of the bill worth 20 per cent”, Murati said.
“Use this measure and benefit”, he added, calling for energy savings.
