A month's detention for 6 11-year-old rape suspects in June

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has ruled in terms of the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants D. RR, G.S, B.S, F. S, M.S and M.R., due to alleged criminal acts.

The accused D. RR because of the criminal offence and criminal acts of trafficking against people, defendants G.S. and B.S. because of criminal acts each and only the sexual services of the victim of trafficking, the defendant F.S because of the criminal act yDunmiık and criminal acts of sexual service to the victim of trafficking, the M.S due to the criminal act, as well as the M.R. defendant because of the criminal acts of sexual trafficking victim.
