Sources from the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that the case was discovered after reporting a parent who has informed police that his daughters have been sexually harassed and assaulted in the neighbor's apartment.
Everything allegedly happened on September 2nd, in the afternoon, when the suspect living in the same residential facility as the father of the girls invited the latter to her apartment. But in addition, the invitation was allegedly extended to her two family members, a 20-year-old and 30-year-old, to meet with the girls.
The latter, as the father of the girls claims, have been sexually harassed and assaulted while in the same apartment.
In the face of this situation, he is very concerned about trying to get the police to ask for help and prevent any worse cases.
As a result of the indictment, police and prosecution have been put in effect, with cases ordered to detain suspects.
After the arrest, they were escorted to the police and then delivered their statements on the case.
The State Prosecutor has estimated that there is sufficient evidence to stop the same for 48 hours, under suspicion of committing criminal acts “Sexual assault”
We recall that improper treatment of such cases has often prompted reactions that justice has failed, which has caused girls and women to avoid reporting cases in sexually assaulted moments.
