Under the Kosovo Civil Service Independent Council's decision, Fadil Kodra is obliged to return to office.
Under it, the Minister of Internal Affairs is obliged to return attorney Fadil Kodra to the position of Agency for Emergency Management in 15 days.
Fadil Kodra is the family of Ilaz Kodra, commander of the 114th Brigade of the Kosovo Liberation Army, which ran heroicly during the war for Kosovo's liberation on 30 April, 1999.
