Bajrami at RTK said there are disappointments with the Special Court, while court processes against former KLA leaders could begin in the spring of next year.
According to him, judgments at The Hague could last a decade.
Bajrami has blamed the government and the SBASK for the blockade in education.
He has recalled that similar situations had been blocked even when he was in front of August, but solutions were found.
Bajrami struck as an example the increase in wages by then Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, even though he was opposed by the finance minister and the IMF.
Former Deputy Chairman The PDK, also commented on dialogue with Serbia, stating it is an important moment, as attention has been turned to Kosovo, especially from the American administration at the Biden presidency.
Speaking to the Association, Bajrami stressed that Prime Minister Albin Kurti cannot avoid this international obligation Kosovo has taken over in dialogue with Serbia.
