Libron Aliu driial: He deals with the Jasharan Nighman through Kurt's sentences

About 80% of the workers in Kosovo are in the private sector, the primary sector for budgeting, and about 20% are in the public sector, and not all are teachers.

The state is not blackmailed by someone who is the most noisy, not by working conditions, nor by the results of their performance, but by money.

They have brought me, almost the budget of the Republic of Kosovo is my money. This is citizen money. They told us as a brother, but as a brother to help in private, I am the prime minister, and that is when the chief minister becomes a brother.

In their position that Government has money, they still don't have the feeling of layers that are even poorer.
