Kurti, by means of a post at the Pristina municipality, has complained that this court has not ruled on a lawsuit filed by VV assisters in construction of a residential facility in the capital.
“A month's silence on the assembly's demand for mass security protection of 17 thousand m2 public property in Pristina. The security measure, analog with that of the provisional measure, whose nature requires immediate judicial response, remains unaddressed for 30 days in a row”, Kurti wrote.
“In place, on the basis of the Kosovo Democratic Party's complaint regarding electricity tariffs, the Constitutional Court in Pristina ruled for 3 days. So, 30 days so far, to consider the demand for public property protection. Three days for an issue affected by the global power crisis”, he writes.
The chief of executives during these days has also attacked the KPC's KRC, which has called for dismissals in the event of 11-year-old rape.
