Prime Minister Albin Kurti said Russian citizens with regular, official and diplomatic passport, as well as those who have biometric permission issued by Schengen states will be obliged to be equipped with Kosovo visas. to enter, transit and stay in Kosovo.
“All citizens of the Russian Federation with a regular passport or diplomatic passport and those who have biometric currency permission issued by members of the Schengen area will have to be equipped with visas for entry into Kosovo”, Kurti said.
