The platform for the second normalisation agreement between Kosovo and Serbia that was published today in Albanian Post, if true, must be accepted on one condition.
This condition must be the clause that this agreement comes into force with recognition from all non-recognitional EU countries.
In contrast, it does not serve the interests of our country, as in terms of integration into international organizations, including here. Nothing will change NATO and the EU in relation to the current situation.
