On the contrary, Peci says this new framework of dialogue does not serve the country's interests.

The platform for the second normalisation agreement between Kosovo and Serbia that was published today in Albanian Post, if true, must be accepted on one condition.
This condition must be the clause that this agreement comes into force with recognition from all non-recognitional EU countries.
