In order to advance the reading services of electrical detectors, KEDS has put into place the use of the newest technology device of its kind, known as the W NITECH.
This device replaces the old device, “Hand Hed Unit”, which has been in use since 2014.
“The advantage of this device, compared to the old device, is the introduction of additional data into its Android system, reading the number of dialling through the basod, use of camera, use of two sym-cards 2G, 3G and 4G, and the Bluetooth printer linked to”, says Flamur Kurtaj, the reader of reading, lucking and exchange of profilers to ECDS.
U Devices NITECH has been introduced after training professional staff for its use and testing.
The particular point of this device is that in addition to conforming to the highest technological standards of this type, it also significantly improves the quality of service to consumers through accurate and fast reading of the dial, always by greatly minimizing possible errors that could occur in such cases. Above all, it detects possible abuses.
“The important asset of this device is the quality and speed to read electrical accounts. In the event of any possible misappropriation in diameter, the device also owns the tracking camera for the dial, for what, in such a case, the reader informs the relevant persons at KEDS”, says Mr. Milazim Avdiu, ECDS Director of Operations.
Developing the app for the reading of the electrical aged has lasted about ten months. As such, it is a simple and easy to use app where additional data can be introduced.
Depending on the need, on the Android app of this device, new features” can be added, says Albanian Mehmeti, app developer at the KED IT Department.
KEDS will continue to seek more sophisticated forms for services to its consumers and facilitate the work of its field teams.
U device NITECH is the second device in use for reading exchangers since KEDS began operating as a company in 2013. The company had immediately revolutionized consumer reading and billing, making it electronic and presentable. This had minimalized reading errors, cut time short, simplified procedures, and significantly increased transparency.
