Ismaili wrote on Facebook that this approach is unprecedented.

“Albin Kurti and Iron Murati have halted all salaries at the local level, such as for those on strike, as for those who are not on strike, regardless of the profession. (Read it again! It is true, and it is confirmed news. The absence of medical wages, nurses, educators and teachers, firefighters, and so on. in all Kosovo municipalities is a new form of oppression and intimidation. After nearly two years of governance, confused are parents and students, without addresses to dialogue are education workers, without support are doctors and nurses, without electricity and no investment is Kosovo. It does not govern the state by making it even darker the difficult winter ahead of us”, he wrote, adding that the state is not governed by making persecution a common means of communication with the people.
