A 23-year-old from Kosovo has been killed by police in Berlin, as he allegedly killed a woman from Ukraine with an axe. The tragic event occurred Sunday morning in Lichtenberg. Berlin Police spokesman Stefan Petersen said crime occurred on the ninth floor of an apartment, writes Berliner Zeitung.
