Haradinaj urges emergency intervention by institutions for flood damage

He said he supports mayors of municipalities who have been most affected and come from the AAK ranks, Ardian Gjini and Smajl Latifi, as well as emergency staffs of the Gjakova and Rahovec municipalities, in their efforts to be close to citizens affected by this natural disaster.
“At the same time, we request emergency intervention from central institutions in Pristina and direct support for covering the damage caused”.
Such a call was received by the chairman of PDK, Memli Krasniqi, who said aid to the injured residents is today in the government's emergency agenda.
Meanwhile, Minister of Minister of Local Power Elbert Krasniqi has visited Gjakova and Rahovecin after the floods of rain to inform him of the damage caused.
