She further relates that her situation was not good because of the harassment she had had suffered from suspect Kastriot Kurti, adding that the case was reported but criticised the suspect for the scandalous punishment Kurt had given him -- a thousand and 200 euros in fines.

Six days after he accepted the act, Kastriot Kurti, convicted of harassment, through a family of mine, has again requested a meeting with me. He's been repeating the work just six days after the act was published! Such a failure has been the court's mild condemnation that received on the basis of his regret expressed in his court hearing of an existence promise that he will no longer repeat criminal work. After six days of taking the plea, I was forced to report Kastriot Kurt back to the police for sexual harassment!
The 1200-euro fine is deeply denigration to me! I've chosen (with a million dilemma) to report the molester, where I have been greatly supported by the narrow circle, but what happens to other girls who don't have the privileges that I have during this journey? Such treatment of cases by law organs only deepens the culture of silence in victims. The 1200-euro fine is legitimising sexual harassment on the part of the court, and exclusively, Judge Riley Sermanjaj, enabled a molester to flee his deserved sentence. Mr. Judge, I'm really asking who my security is now? In the state I know you didn't, that you handed him over to the molester.
I'm not just another case on the desks of sexist institutions, the violation of my dignity isn't fun. The conversion of public and private space into frightening and terrorising spaces for three years does not cost 1 euro per day. Sexual harassment is not just harassment, nor should the guilty be punished with ridiculous punishments.
But the neglect I faced did not stop me. On the contrary. It's my job not to agree to the scandalous treatment of the case, so I'm going to continue the complaint with the Court of Appeal for the scandalous fine”, she wrote among other things.

What has happened to me in my three years of constant sexual harassment? I've been isolated all this time and reduced my contact with the world. I never dared to go out alone! A situation like this that makes you feel that it will never end, which makes you think it's the end of the world and awaits the day that the molester shows up and does the most horrible things he's ever said on his text messages. It's overwhelming and terrorizing my entire being! His actions have deeply affected my sexual and mental integrity; my emotional state has been and continues to be weighed down because of constant harassment.
After all this confusion with fear, constant anxiety, and concern, I decided to address the justice organs despite the dilemmas I had in my operation. Unfortunately, all these dilemmas that I wanted to challenge and I wanted to be confirmed the opposite of the sexist representatives of these institutions in Gjilan, hit my face with the reality that I only knew.
Initially, the prosecutor responsible for the case, Slavica Popovic, the actions of Kastriot Kurti, described only as “by “and not as “sexual harassment”, in spite of having denounced both of these acts and despite the fact that my lawyer, Rina Kika, had repeatedly demanded that the indictment be changed and along with the criminal work <x4cm” the indictment included <6x> From the sexual treatment <x> to cover all the criminal acts of Catritis. 64 pages of evidence, 1 video recording, and 6 witnesses did not suffice to convince institutions that the work was sexual harassment.
Case prosecutor Slavica Popovic did not come to the main review hearing, he was replaced by prosecutor Rekam Fazliu, who clearly seemed to have not even read the subject. When my lawyer asked her if she was aware of the re-qualification request for the criminal act, the prosecutor replied that “more or less” was aware of the subject. With “at least” knowledge of the subject had come to the main review hearing.
Judge Riley Sermajaj, on August 12th 2022, for three years of mental torture, harassment, concern and fear, sentenced Kastriot Kurti only to 1200 euros in fine. Practically, 1 euro day, for 1095+ day of harassment.
What's most disturbing is that the judge accepted this sentence as a extenuating circumstance to Kastriot Kurt: seek forgiveness and his promise that he would no longer repeat the criminal act, Mr. Judge, hadn't considered it when my lawyer explained that an apology should not be accepted, because the same one had apologized for three years, and had still been bothering me! In court, however, he has never stated that he will no longer repeat his criminal conduct.
While as a serious circumstance, the court had recognised “... its insistence on carrying out the criminal act because despite the fact that it was damaged and refused to have a connection with the same thing again had found other ways, such as through social networks or third persons, to disturb the damaged...” I don't know whether it's unintelligible to me, or the organs of “x3> don't understand that unwanted verbal, nonbal or sexual nature, with the intent of betraying dignity or sensing the dignity of the person, which is objectively hostile to me, or degradable to the NCHALCHALCH!
