„We will place a charter of chances with a system of transparent points, in order that people for whom our country needs to come to us more easily“, German Labour Minister Hubert Heil has indicated to the renowned German newspaper „Bold am Sontag“. That's because the search for a job from abroad is often difficult.
Who has a degree or qualifications, whether it's a university study or a professional schooling, which Germany recognizes, can immediately get the card. Who meets three of the four criteria gets „chances card“
With the probability card, a score system should be introduced, including four criteria: The finished schooling abroad, work experience at least three years, linguistic knowledge, or an earlier stay in Germany, and the fourth under the age of 35.
