The two groups reached an agreement in early June 2022, and during these months, they have had close co-operation to ensure a slight surrender that will not affect employees and production.
The document says Y ILDRIM has a sharp business plan to expand and increase its metal and mining business. Therefore, Y ILDIRIM looks forward to NewCo Ferronikli, building one of Europe's best nicotine companies. The proposed business plan will transform NewCo Ferrnikli into one of YIDIRIM's most valuable filters, said in agreement.
NewCo Ferronikli became part of the BALFIN Group in July 2018. Being in a state of suspended duty and unpaid salaries of employees, BALFIN Group intervened to improve the financial situation and started implementing an investment programme worth 30m euros to achieve improved productivity.
NewCo Ferronikli is one of Europe's largest ferroponic producers. The company is an important strategic asset to the Republic of Kosovo, with great importance and influence on macroeconomics.
The NewCo Ferrnikli complex includes a two-line nikel production plant, as well as potentially rich mineral deposits under the surrounding landscape, and was founded in 1984.
With this purchase, Y ILMADEN Holding consolidates Y Group investments ILDIRIM in the metal and mining sector.
The company is the 4th largest player in the global chromium business, the second-largest high-carbon cartomo producer ( HC Fecr) and a key player in the high quality chroming mining segment.
