Ekrem Rexhepi's dark past was seven times in prison before the 11-year-old rape case

Ekrem Rexhepi, one of the 11-year-old violations suspects in Pristina, is emerging to have had jobs with law enforcement organs many times over the past few years.

From 2007 to 2022, 26-year-old has been arrested and sent to maintenance seven times.

This information has been confirmed for the Express Journal by the Kosovo Correcting Service.

SHKK spokesman Florent Gashi has provided details about the deeds Rexhepi has been keeping and the days he spent in prison.

In 2007, Rexhepi was held at the Lipjan Correcting Centre for Four Days for Criminal Work “Axident Traffic”.

There he had returned after six years but for another work. The young man had been held at the centre for two months and 29 days for the criminal work “heavy recovery”.

Four years later, he was sent to the hold for criminal work “Precautive revulsion”, where he had spent 136 days.
