Edi Rama will give an hour's speech to the Council of Europe, this is the agenda of the upcoming session

On December 12th 2010, a Swiss senator named Dick Marty presented a report accusing Kosovo Liberation Army leaders of trafficking human organs. The same report, the KiE General Assembly adopted it as a resolution. 11 years later, on October 12, 2022, Edi Rama was [...]
Albanian Post has secured the agenda of the next session of the Council of Europe, and Article 14 shows it is reserved for Edi Rama, Albania's prime minister, who is taking word from 15:30 to 16:30.
This comes as Albania initially voted unanimously on July 21st of this year a Resolution “Mbi unmovable claims on illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania”.
The resolution requires us with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to review Resolution 1782, that of 2011, and to declare groundless accusations of illegal trafficking of human organs during the Kosovo Liberation War.
This October 12th address represents the most serious attempt to review the resolution since its vote and, at best, an additional vote on the same resolution, which would say none of the charges filed in Marty's report, whose author was Russian, Konstantin Kosachev (from 2018, is on the American government's blacklist).
Agenda
The anomalia of the KiE resolution is not alone in the fact that it has not been undone since investigations have not produced evidence of what is alleged, but also, the fact that through this resolution the Special Court was established, which currently holds Hashim Thaci and other KLA leaders in prison, until in their act they are not mentioned anywhere that they are also accused of trafficking in human organs.
The greatest lie is the lie for The KLA and it's a lie that was designed with a strategy. It has not started with the tribunal, but long before”, Rama had said even during a visit to Kosovo, as a participant in the inauguration of the book “Great impact”, where the former Kosovo Foreign Minister talks about the Russian strategy in the face of the West.
“There has clearly been the goal of discrediting the KLA to the incredible level in establishing a court with the hands of Kosovo itself, with support, promotion, pressure, obligation, imposing Western altars. Something never happened in the history of international law: Arresting a president in office without charge, and holding a president in prison without charge”, Rama had said then.
Try to imagine that any of the countries that sponsor the tribulent were captured by the president without charge and said wait until the charges were issued.
Rama had shown here that all the anomalies in Dick Marty's report are left unabated once again, in light of new developments.
The biggest surprise it has to make from our American friends to all other international friends is the Yellow House and Tribunal”, the Albanian prime minister stated.
The “came out of a Yellow House, filled the world with liver kidneys that Hashim Thaci and Kadri Vesli removed from the body from Serbs and Albanians who were angry and sold in meat and fish markets in Europe”, ironically mocked Rama's fantasies of the Swiss senator and Russian author's report. “A horror to discredit a liberation war”.
Despite the unbashed report, despite the fact that after the investigation nothing true resulted, and although the indictment at the Special Court includes anything to do with organ trafficking, the KiE resolution has remained the way it was adopted in 2011.
So Rama had discovered that the “here has a question” that “as it concerns us we will do our best to put it right in front of everyone, since Joe Biden, who is a friend of Kosovo”.
The question is this: How does a tribunal established as a final result of a report that received the Council of Europe's blessing, despite all the accusations at the center of this Yellow House has issued an indictment where nothing, zero access to the Yellow House and organ?”
“What connection is there between Dick Marty, not him as a person, but between what he represents as a production”, asked Rama “the fact that even today we talk when Albania at the Security Council raises the issue of international accountability, Russia opposes organ trafficking”.
And how it explains that organ traffic tales are a fairy tale used by the Russians in other cases. The case of organ trafficking” has also emerged in the war with Ukraine.
Since rationality cannot respond, Rama stated that despite the fact that “I am a man given to conspiracy theories... they are very serious things in the context of today's” war.
Therefore, “as far as we are Albanians, I think to deserve it, we who speak Albanian and who have the privilege of cameras and microphones should no longer accept this seed with Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin of all others, and KLA”.
The Albanian prime minister was quick to explain that this sʹkat has to do with court breach and “that let's make a case trial of”, but “we have work with the political Corps that gave life to this court”.
The White House must reflect on this matter. Joe Biden has to get to know this issue, because here it's not possible that this whole community fell into women from Russia”.
“Po even if not so”, Rama “said the whole way this is built, practically today serves Russia, does not serve west, nor justice, nor democracy. Zero-x3>
These and others about the research caused by Marty's report and everything that resulted from it are expected to be part of Rama's one-hour speech.
If the Albanian prime minister's initiative, supported by Albania's parliament, can itself be carried out by allowing a vote to bring down the 2011 resolution against The KLA would represent Kosovo's biggest international victory since the International Court of Justice ruling that Kosovo has not violated international law with its declaration of independence.
Developments later could make up a “stop snow” that the road blew up much has polluted the unproven but voted 2011 report.
