There are only six more days left until SHAL 58 sale day

The sale day for the Assets Sale at SHAL 58 is held on September 7th 2022. The Kosovo Privatisation Agency has been selling attractive properties in many regions of the country, particularly in the Mitrovica and Prizren region.

In the municipality of Mitrovica the South and North is the large number of attractive assets, respectively, local areas suitable for developing business activities. The AKP at SHAL 58 has offered for sale in the Mitrovica region 13 local, 8 of them in the northern Mitrovica and 5 local parts of southern Mitrovica. At the same time, assets in the Peja region are also included attractive land parcels on which agricultural industries can develop, as well as warehouses. In the Prizren region of the AKP, it offers for sale of land and local land with various attractive areas for business development.

All these social enterprise assets present excellent opportunities for expansion of business or new business initiatives in our country.

Public announcement of these assets is made on 19 August 2022 as the bidding is submitted by date September 7, 2022. During this period, interested parties have the opportunity to obtain more detailed information and visit the properties offered for sale.

Closed bids for units/entires that are for sale through the sale of the Assets with the No.58 Accounting should be submitted to “The conference room, the Grand Hotel.”, Pristina Date September 7, 2022, from 10:00 to 12: 00 p.m., accompanied by supply deposit and bidding fees, as planned for each article. The opening of the bids will take place the same day, starting at 12:30.
